Glencar Cowl is inspired by a cascading waterfall and dramatic cliffs of a valley in the west of Ireland. The cowl is knit flat sideways with the textured pattern between simple garter stitch borders. The length and width are easily adjustable by increasing/ decreasing the amount of pattern repeats. Twisted stitches used for the geometric texture require patience but are satisfying to knit as the minimalist yet impressive design emerges. Both chart and written instructions are provided.
