Glimmer Cowl
Don’t we all need a little glimmer as we make the transition from winter to Spring and Summer?
Treat yourself to a happy, knitting experience with this soft, accent cowl for the warm weather. It’s lightweight, cool cotton for the upcoming warm seasons, with sparkly paillettes throughout. Flora is versatile enough to be knit in a wide variety of gauges, creating sheer-to-solid fabrics. The cowl flows and twinkles as you move (only some of the sparkles show in the photos.) Experience the glimmer!

Enjoy two patterns for this beaded cowl. Pattern #1 is a moebius cowl, which has a 180-degree twist, created at the join of the special cast on. Rounds of knitting grow from the center of the work to the outsides. Size 8 47” circular needles are required for the moebius version.

Pattern #2 is a simple infinity cowl, knit in the round and not twisted. The Infinity Cowl version is knit from a cast on to bound off edge. Size 8 24” or 32” circular needles are required for the infinity version.

Thank you to Melanie for modeling!

Suggestion: Try a two-toned cowl. Knit one ball of one color and add a different color to finish up the cowl. The effects will be different between the infinity and the moebius cowl. Pictured is an infinity two-color version.
