An elegant & tapestry-like mosaic knitted cardigan combining 6 luscious handpainted yarns.

The mosaic pattern stays the same but its appearance changes with each new colourway introduced for each row. A simple garter stitch band worked in the rnd frames the body and sleeves.

Worked back and forth on circular needles. Written knitting instructions with chart.

Yarn: Any fingering weight sock yarn of your choice, 1.75oz/50gm approx. = 214yds/196m.
Range A1, A2 & A3 are darker colours, in purple/blue/turquoise hand paints.
Range B1, B2 & B3 are lighter colours, in complimentary multicolours with orange/bronze/light orange hand paints.

Needles ‘n’ Notions
One (or two for size S,M,L) 2.5mm (US 1) 47”/119.5cm circular knitting needle(s), one 3mm (US 2 1/2) 47”/119.5cm circular knitting needle and four 2.5mm (US 1) double-pointed needles or size to obtain gauge.
Stitch holders, five markers, one darning needle & six 5/8”-3/4” shank buttons.
