These uncomplicated lace scarves were originally designed for the Hayfield #10022 Bonus Glitter DK brochure. They each are worked as one-piece then blocked to open the lace stitching. Written instructions are only given for both of the lace patterns.

TENSION

• Fan & Feather: 19 sts and 24 rows to 9cm/3½” and 10cm/4” over pattern stitch using 5.5mm needles or the size required to give correct tension.
• Zig Zag: 43 sts and 63 rows to 20cm/8”(sq) over pattern stitch using 5.5mm needles or the size required to give correct tension.
  Check your tension - if less stitches use a thinner needle, if more use a thicker needle.
