Supplies Needed:
-1 skein of Dream in Color Smooshy in an assigned
pooling colorway
-A 3.5mm crochet hook with a straight handle, or
size needed for desired gauge
-A second hook with a straight handle, the same size
or slightly smaller than the first
-A stitch marker that you can easily move each round

The Glowworm Cowl is a one skein assigned pooling crochet pattern. I used much less than one skein in the test cowl, but you could use up to a whole skein for making a larger one.

Gauge is not crucial, so you may change the number of beginning chains and the size of hook used as your main hook to suit your tension and gauge. I recommend sizing up if you work tightly. The second hook is only used when making the Glowworm Stitch, so you will want to choose one the same size as or slightly smaller than your main hook.

IMPORTANT - to do the Glowworm Stitch, both of your hooks need to be the straight kind, rather than ones with special handles. The yarn must be able to slide off the end of the smaller hook.
