Glwth Kits

Using a unique combination of a knitted fabric foundation and a textured stitch added to the edge this stitch combination creates knitted scales. Yes, knitted, not crocheted. Beads accentuate the edges of the scales and add a bit of shine.

Yarn:
Lace weight-single color: 1 skein of Lorna’s Laces Helen’s Lace, 50% Tussah Silk 50% Merino Wool, 1250 yards in 4 oz. Shown in Cummerbund

Lace weight-two color: 2 complimentary light and dark color skeins of Lorna’s Laces Helen’s Lace, 50% Tussah Silk 50% Merino Wool, 1250 yards in 4 oz.

Sport weight-single color: 3 (9) skeins of Lorna’s Laces Shepherd Sport, 100% Superwash Merino Wool, 200 yards in 2 oz.
