Glymur is a graceful poncho-style wrap, an effortless layer of warmth. Its simple lines and textures flatter most outfits, while its leafy edging gives it a special touch.

Knitted in dk-weight yarn, Glymur is mainly stockinette stitch, with a panel of lace running along one edge. The lace is intuitive and makes this a mesmerizing knit — you will find yourself wanting to finish just one more pair of leaves, and then one more.…

Materials

  • Approximately 675 (865, 1080) yds/617 (791, 988) m solid or semi-solid dk-weight yarn. The sample was knitted in The Fibre Co. Acadia, in the Driftwood colorway.
  • US size 5/3.75 mm circular needle (or size necessary to achieve gauge), preferably 24”/60 cm in length
  • US size 4/3.5 mm circular needle (or one size smaller than that necessary to achieve gauge), preferably 24”/60 cm in length
  • 2 Stitch markers
  • Tapestry needle for weaving in ends and seaming
  • Pins for blocking
