Gnomey Nuggets, the perfect use for scrap yarn.
I used lovely scraps of Noro 4ply which made plenty of little nuggets in various colours.

They are quick to make and sort of multiply quickly.

These will work with any scraps of yarn. Sock yarn, 4 ply and DK would probably work best.
