This cute little bag opens completely flat and is 12 inches across when open, and is 8 inches long from top to bottom, not counting the tassel. It makes a lovely evening bag and is a great gift for bridesmaids or Prom. The Emmy is purled to make the most of its glittery sequins.
There are so many “1 ball” projects now, this is a 2 ball project. It takes only 1 ball each, and really, you could use any nice smooth yarn for the body, around 87 yards, and any glittery yarn, around 65 yards, for your purl rows. I have seen it made with many different yarns in the shop.
