This is a simple skirt with a straight silhouette and layers of ruffles. It can be made for any size and is cinched at the waist with elastic. Being rather heavy, it is an ideal skirt for cooler weather.

• Crochet Hook H
• Yarn needle for weaving in ends
• 1” strong elastic for waistband
