Sizes
Small - 10.5” (26.5cm) Wide x 7.5” (19cm) Tall
Medium - 12” (30.5cm) Wide x 11” (28cm) Tall
Large - 14” (35.5cm) Wide x 11” (28cm) Tall
Size small sits close to the neck and comes up to cover the nose when pulled up and has 2 fewer Latvian braids than the other sizes.
Sizes medium and large will come up over the ears easily when pulled up and are the same height but different widths. Choose the large if you want a roomy cowl with extra ease, choose the medium if you want the cowl to sit closer to the neck.

Construction Outline
All sizes start with a braided cast on that mimics the look of Latvian braids, which are worked in the round. One or two double Latvian braids are knit depending on the size chosen. The stranded colorwork pattern is worked from the full color chart and then the Lativan braids are mirrored at the end with a braided bind off that creates a beautiful chevron edge.

An optional support video is linked within the pattern. It is intended to help or teach those who are new to these techniques or offer visual explanations of the directions.
