That long awaited beam of sunshine, short rows and eyelets, stripes and garter stitch.

Materials:
Northbound Knitting; Merino DK Singles:
Colour A - Kitten - 230 yards
Colour B - Chanterelle - 100 yards
Size US 8 needles
Stitch markers
Tapestry needle

Gauge:
4 sts= 1” in stockinette stitch

Finished Measurements:

Abbreviations Used:
K=Knit
P=Purl
RS=Right side
WS=Wrong side
St(s)=Stitch(es)
K2tog=Knit 2 stitches together as one
Kf&b= Knit into the front and back of one stitch
Y0= Yarn over
M1L=With left needle tip, lift strand between sts from front to back, knit into back of loop
M1R=With left needle tip, lift strand between sts from back to front, knit into front of loop
W&T=Wrap and Turn-Bring yarn to the front, slip one stitch from left hand needle to right, bring yarn to the back and slip stitch back to left hand needle. Turn work and bring yarn to the back. (Or W&T method of your preference.)
