A pattern for a super snuggly colourwork boot sock, knitted in DK yarn on 3.5mm and 4mm circular needles, using the magic loop method.

The cuff features waves and schools of fish, and the toes and heels are reinforced.

Designed to be easy to follow and speedy to make with pictures to illustrate the stages, and some sizing options / advice, they are extremely warm and comfortable under boots.

You will need:

up to 100g DK yarn
50g approx contrast yarn
a small amount of reinforcing yarn, such as silk / mohair / nylon.
3.5mm and 4mm circular needles
tapestry needle for sewing in ends
