This cute Gonk Slouchy Hat pattern is an ideal project for a beginner. The pattern has instructions for knitting is flat on straight needles or knitted in the round on a circular needle. The Gonk is knitted up separately and sewn into place once the hat is completed.

You will need 100grams of Aran/Worsted weight yarn and oddments of a white fluffy yarn and required for the Gonk Beard. I used King Cole Truffle for the Gonk beard.
