The Good Bunny is the second character in my “Good” series. The Good Bunny may be even more charming than the first, the Good Bear pattern. The wardrobes of both the Good Bunny and the Good Bear are interchangeable, all of the clothes and accessories will fit both toys.

Pattern Notes
Good Bunny is worked seamlessly in the round from the bottom-up starting with the legs. The legs are joined together and the body is worked to the neck. Purl bumps are put in place along the way as a guide to pick up the tail and arms later. The back of the head is then worked back and forth in a heel-flap fashion. The stitches are then picked up along both sides of the flap and combined with the stitches along the front of the body, the face and nose are then completed in the round. The safety eyes are placed along the way with an embroidered option. The ears, and arms are picked up and knit on. Due to the construction, the nose naturally tips up a little toward the sky, which adds a bit of charm and wonder to the toy.

The custom, made-to-fit Good Bunny clothing, including the pants, dress, underskirt, bonnet and shawl are all worked separately. These items are worked in the round other than the bonnet and shawl which are back-and-forth knitting.

Finished Measurement
The Bunny is 8-inches tall from the toe to the top of the head.
