The Goodness Cowl is the 6th pattern of my 12-pattern Fruit of the Spirit Collection. This is a reversible pattern where one side looks like faux cables and the other side looks like little cupcakes or mushrooms.

This cowl is knit in the round and incorporates knit stitch, purl stitch, yarn overs, and centered double decreases. The pattern is both charted and written out.

Yarn requirements for the short cowl is 200yd/183m. Yarn requirements for the long cowl is 400yd/366m. The pattern is easily adaptable if you have more or less yarn. Other supplies needed include stitch markers (optional) and a tapestry needle for weaving in ends.

Gauge is 16 stitches to 4in/10cm in stockinette stitch on a US9/5.5mm.

Finished size after blocking is approximately 8.5in/22cm tall and 19in/48cm around for the short version and approximately 6.5in/17cm tall and 54in/137cm around for the long version.
