Gothic Window was designed by Kerstin Olsson in 1962. The inspiration for the pattern came during a trip she took to Venice, Italy, when she saw the Doge’s Palace on Piazza San Marco. The design comes in two color versions; a blue and a pink and while the charts for the designs are similar, the are not identical. Each design is also available in a kit for a hat and scarf.
