These little plant wall hangers work up quickly in just 4 rows, a tuck, and a little stitching to create the perfect little pouch which holds the plant and a beautiful back panel.

Then hang your plant hanger from a piece of wood - driftwood, dead wood from your yard, natural bamboo stick or even a craft dowel!
