Knit from the top down, this romper is pretty easy to knit. Rounded neck and sleeves, then a picot edge (or consider a ruffle or a stripe if you choose to make this for a boy).

One skein is all you need. Additional sizes will be coming, but my niece is this age right now and she inspired me to design it.
