This sweet little top down sweater is a mix of round yoke and raglan construction. It is designed for a bulky weight yarn, so it’s going to be a quick knit.

Construction:

First, you cast on for the neckline, work the ribbing and short rows for the back; then do some increases depending on your size. Afterwards, the textured seed stitch panel is worked, and finally after it’s done it’s a basic raglan from there on.

The length of the body and sleeves is given as a suggestion depending on age of a child, but it’s totally customizable; however, you’ll have to adjust your yardage accordingly.

Yarn:

The sample is knit in Lion Brand Scarfie (78% Acrylic, 22% Wool; 150g 312y/285m), which is a bulky weight single ply acrylic&wool blend.

Color: Taupe Cream
