A hat knitting pattern.

Grand Canyon Sunset was completely inspired by the colors of Brooklyn Tweed Yarn, Arbor, that I also used in my hat pattern, ‘Sierra Sunrise’. I had just enough of the yarn left over and designed this one. It’s a companion piece, if you will, that incorporates a fade like finish that really showcases the bold colors of the yarn.

Construction: This hat is constructed from the brim (bottom) to the top.

Needles:
Worked on circular needles.
US 4 and US 5 circular needles, 16”
US 5 dpns

Yarn: The pattern is written for dk weight yarn.
Brooklyn Tweed | Arbor

Gauge measures 22 stitches and 30 rounds over 4 in/10cm using US 5 needle size {5.5 stitches/inch}.
