Granny squares are really hot right now, and this poncho allows you to follow the trend in beautiful colors. First the border is made with Granny squares using the join-as-you-go method (no sewing!) then the poncho is completed using the granny stitch and changing colors every other row. The final look is very pretty and nice and warm for fall days and spring nights.
