Who doesn’t like playing with blocks? The bestselling child’s toy is basically blocks. The two bestselling, most played videos games are Minecraft and Tetris, are also block based. And yes, I like playing with blocks.

This cardigan pattern is was made for those of you who also, like playing with blocks. Designed as a very basic garment, made up of just 4 basic stitches (ch, sl st, dc and a trb) this pattern is perfect for those who are new to making crochet clothing. Once you make this pattern once you can also very easily use my schematics to substitute my block for any block you want.

This pattern, like all my patterns, had been professionally tech edited and tested.

A size inclusive garment I have graded this pattern out 3 times so that each size is not only proportional but the fit for each size has the exact same amount of ease. A person who makes a 4LX can stand next to a person who made a size Small and the cardigan will look relatively the same.

In addition, I do not use Yarn Craft Size standards, rather I us ASTM, professional fashion guidelines. ASTM doesn’t just add 4 inches for each size, it adjusts to fit the change in shape that comes when bodies get bigger.
