This pattern is best suited for 100% cotton yarn. I used Hobby
Lobby’s “I Love This Cotton Yarn” in the colors “Woods Print”, “Antique Gold”, and “Olive”. Lily Sugar’n Cream Yarn could work for this pattern, but it will result in a stiffer, more chunky headband.

Fits standard adult head. Subtract one granny square for a child’s size, or if you have a slightly smaller than average head.

You will need 3 colors of yarn (Colors A, B, and C)

If you want a solid-colored headband, simply use one color and omit thecolor changes.
