MATERIALS
Yarn : 5 balls(50g) winterking acrylic medium weight yarn .You can substitute with DK weight yarn , same amount.
4.5 balls of purple colour and a half ball of black colour.
4.5mm crochet hook or size needed to obtain the right gauge.
Tape measure
Tapestry needle to weave in ends.
Pair of scissors.
Elastic band (16in not stretched)

MEASUREMENTS
Made to fit an adult of head circumference approximately 20in to 23in.

INSTRUCTIONS
We start by first crocheting 5 granny squares, then joining them to form the hat, then we proceed to add the ruffles and finish by attaching an elastic band.
