I designed this vest to be perfect for kindergarten and school over white shirts. I wanted it to be elegant and airy, really simple to make and most importantly super fast.

I also used a stitch that is super trendy right now because of the Taylor Swift dress. The best part though is that this particular stitch is also a classic that you can never go wrong with. Yes, it’s the granny stitch pattern.

This is a miniature version of what even a teenager would wear. That’s why the colors I chose aren’t kiddy-like at all. Not only did I make sure it’s suitable for both boys and girls, but I also wanted it to be “serious” enough.
