This easy granny square pattern can be added alongside other 12” granny square designs or used on it’s own to create a striking blanket that showcases the beauty of the granny stitch.

My square was created using the following materials:
Stylecraft Special Aran 100% acrylic (100g, 196m/214yds) in 3 shades:
A – Silver (1203) – 60m
B – Plum (1061) - 40m
C – Cream (1005) – 40m
5mm crochet hook
