Grant Works is a great cowl that goes beyond the basic knit and purl patterns of my previous cowls.

The construction of cables and a little bit of lace between, adds tons of character and makes this cowl very striking in appearance.

The original cowl shown is knit with Witwen DK which is exclusive to Flaxen Fleece. It is Angele’s shop brand, named after the iconic history of the building where her store now presides. Such a great tribute to a family that brought so much to the Sauk City Community.

This unisex cowl is a fast knit that can get you started on that list of names for the holiday season.

Instructions are written and charted for all levels of experience, the cowl measures 10.25 inches tall by 22 inches around so as not to be overly bulky. Make it bigger by adding more repeats but you will need another skein..

This pattern is workable in any weight of yarn you choose. You will just need to adjust stitch count.
