We’re endlessly amazed at how simple stockinette stitch can yield such an engaging texture. Add one-row striping, as we did in the Graphic Striped Pillow Cover, and we can hardly pull our eyes away. Entrancing wherever you place it—on your bed, on the sofa, on a chair, on the floor—anywhere you’d like a perfectly balanced statement.

When we were searching for deliciously squishy yarns for our pillow covers, we found Berroco Ultra Alpaca Chunky to be the perfect mix of soft and quick. It blends the softness of alpaca with the springy reliability of Peruvian Highland wool at a nice, chunky gauge. And its saturated, heathered colors provide a great range of choices for any home.
