Valley Yarns Grayling is a fabulous gender-neutral cardigan that is both practical and stylish knit in Valley Superwash Sport. This baby and child’s sweater features a button front with a crew neck, raglan shoulders, and long sleeves. Grayling is knit flat in one piece from the bottom up with an A-line shaping to accommodate bulky diapered bottoms. Sleeves are knit flat from the bottom up and then seamed. This attractive cardigan has a textured hem and sleeves, and the upper body is worked in stockinette stitch. The basket stitch pattern is charted and written out.
