This sock recipe was my great grandmother’s which she used to knit socks for all in her household of 26. My mother also used it to knit socks for my siblings and me. Now I make them for my grand children. It is a simple sock recipe and one that I use to teach my sock classes. Simple and straight forward for a heel flap and gusset recipe. You can change the size needed buy going up or down a needle size.
