Welcome to Green Lake, the next neighborhood we’ll visit in our Seattle Sock Series Green Lake is one of the smaller neighborhoods of Seattle, most of it taken up by the lake itself. Most of the neighborhood is made up of residential but what it’s really known for is the recreation area that exists around the lake. Soccer fields, dirt bike jumps, volleyball courts, baseball diamonds, fishing, tennis courts, and a huge 2.8 mile running course around the lake make up the park. This is truly the place to be on those nice Summer days. Just don’t jump in the water….and avoid the Canadian Geese. Yeah, good luck with those.

I’d love to see your completed socks! Please use #GreenLakeSocks or #SeattleSockSeries when posting your work on instagram. You can also tag me @gooseandghostknits or email me with questions at ashleygraceart@gmail.com
