Green Tea Leaves is a simple, light mid-season accessorize, easy to knit, easy to memorize and easy to adjust to desired size with beautiful and simple lace pattern.

Pre-washed (pre-blocked) dimensions of my sample are: 45 cm x 130 cm.
Post-washed (not blocked, just dried) dimensions of my sample are: 45 cm x 140 cm.

Gauge is not critical, but if you want your shawl with same or similar dimensions, then you should either use the same yarn (similar gauge yarn) or adjust needle size accordingly.

I-cord edges give the shawl neat edges. You may replace I-cord edges with garter edges.

Shawl starts from one side, with new stitches added on every right-side row (i.e. every second row) until mid-point, after which decreases are made on every right-side row (i.e. every second row).

The pattern is knitted on the right side. On the wrong side, stitches are knitted as they appear, with yarnovers and increases and decreases knitted as purl stiches.

Shawl can easily be adjusted to desired size. Shawl may be knitted in any yarn, from lace to DK. It will, however, create a little bit different texture and size.
