Did you know that UltimateGray and Illuminating are the Pantone Colors of the Year 2021? This color combination is full of warmth and dependability, expressing a message of strength and hopefulness.

For all knitters the grellow color combination really is known all over the place. If you are unsure about colors grellow is always a safe choice!

The GRELLOVE hat is showing little hearts (or owls, foxes, flowers, fruits…?) and cables all around and a wonderful crown solution. The pattern doesn’t call for a cable needle and is surprisingly simple when it comes to the crown.

The hat has a one-colored brim, is fully reversible, slightly slouchy and well-fitting at the same time. It’s important to note that there is a 4-stitch-decrease to be knit. You can do it, knitters!

The hat can be knit in multiple sizes only by changing needle size and gauge; Block the finished cap over a steep-sided bowl or other head-shaped form to smooth the crown.
