For information, 370 meters is the quantity I used for the sample in shoe size 45 (US 11,5) - size XL.
Gauge : 38 st and 53 rows = 10 x 10 cm in stockinette after washing
Needles suggested : 2 mm
You’ll need 4 stitch markers (one more if you use circular needles to indicate BOR) and a tapestry needle.
