Level 2-Advanced (angle stitches)

Looking for a crochet pattern that celebrates your love of Greyhounds? Look no further than this beautiful mosaic crochet blanket pattern featuring a Greyhound face. Add a touch of elegance to your home with this unique blanket or give it as a gift to the dog lover in your life!

This mosaic crochet pattern is an advanced skill level and is recommended for crocheters with experience in mosaic overlay crochet. The detailed instructions, photos, and video tutorials will guide you through each step of the project. With a little bit of patience and practice, you’ll be a pro in no time!

If you are new to angle stitches, I highly recommend trying them first with this free Heart Mug Rug pattern. https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/heart-mug-rug-2 This small 7”x 7” project is a great introduction to my angle notation system and includes my full stitch key.

Written for Mosaic Overlay Crochet, this pattern includes:
• Charts
• Written Pattern
• Detailed Instructions packet
• Stitch Key
• Photo tutorials
• Video tutorials for each type of stitch used in the patterns

Size: 32”x 48”
Size will vary depending on yarn weight and hook.
This calculation was based on Stylecraft Special DK yarn and hook size of 3.75mm. Gauge: 5 stitched and 5 rows=1 inch

Yarn:
Color A (Design/Face/Paw prints) – 1057 yds
Color B (Background) – 1621 yds
2” Double Border – 621 yds

There is space in the design to personalize your blanket with a name and a template to help with layout and letter spacing. I have several alphabets fonts available that fit this space nicely (letters sold separately) https://www.ravelry.com/bundles/alphabets-21

This pattern is divided into 6 sections (4 pages each) and is worked from the bottom up. I would suggest using the Knit Companion app (my personal preference as it is brilliant and saves on printer ink and paper), but I have also included layout instructions for the charts if you prefer to print out your pages. The written pattern sections correlate with the charts so they can be used together.

The instructions packet and video tutorials should answer any questions you may have. I also have a Facebook group dedicated to answering questions and building community around my patterns. Please join us!
