While struggling with complex feelings it sometimes helps to have a therapy doll to hold, cry with, scream at - as catalyst for everything you need to release from your heart.

I have created this Grief doll in my own process to release sadness and everything that goes with it. It helped a lot!

Here is a pattern for you to crochet a therapy doll like this.
It took me about 5hours to create one.

You will need:

Crochet hook

• 2,5 mm (US size C/2; UK size 12)
