Traditional or special..or reverse…!
In a hobbydesigners world is trying different color combinations a big reason for excitement. It can end up as a big disaster or pure happiness. Sometimes double happiness…or double disaster! One pattern can in a combination with a light and a dark color en up as a nice traditional result, and a combination of multi color and a contrast color can give a special but nice result. Like this double knitted potholders! Double happiness for me because the same pattern looks nice in both the traditional and the special color combination. Colors is the key!

I have a plan of testing this pattern for å pillow because the pattern is easy to adjust to different sizes. But the color combinations are endless…

I have experienced that color combinations soon can end up as a disaster. Traditional can be boring and special can be garish..

I have some more thinking to do…!
