This poncho can be worked small or large.

Yarn: The pictured poncho used 4 skeins of MJ Yarns Sophistisock at 390 yards per skein, but any MJ Yarns fingering weight will work well.

Gauge: Gauge isn’t too important in this piece. The important thing is that it not be too tight or stiff. The fabric needs to drape around your shoulders and if the gauge is too tight, it won’t wrap well.

Needles: US #4 (3.50mm), 40” circular

Notions: 8 Stitch Markers (1 in a contrasting color to denote new round), cable needle, tapestry needle.
