This is a Marionette Amigurumi puppet
SUPPLIES:
3.25 mm crochet hook
½ skein of Skin colored yarn (I used stylecraft special DK in Cream)
Small amount of hair color (I used Alpaca dance in light brown by Deborah Norville)
2 5 mm safety eyes or 2 small beads (eye color)
Thread to string the puppet (I used brown upholstery thread by coats & Clark)
1 cup hook with screw
Two paint stir sticks to assemble the marionette controls.
1 stick for arm control string (popsicle).
Three regular rubber bands
Yarn needle
Sewing thread to match hair or similar for eyebrows
This is what I used to dress my doll. You can use whatever fabric you’d like.
Optional:
• Fabric scrap for skirt…. less than ½ a yard cut in an 18 inch circle.
• 18 inch doily for lace slip (I used an old doily that was found in a thrift store. But you could easily
make one.)
• Jewelry for doll
