NOTES
Sweater is worked flat in pieces and seamed. Front and back are the same. Funnel neck has a facing that folds to WS and is tacked to the inside of the garment after the shoulders are seamed.
Shoulder shaping begins at same point in the pattern for all sizes to maintain purl ridge detail at neck edge. Body may be lengthened by adding another pattern band be- fore shoulder shaping, see note in pattern.
Cable patterns may be worked from chart or text. Note that patterns 1 and 3 have cables that cross repeats, if placing markers between repeats, it will be necessary to shift markers on some rows.

Work first and last stitch of every row in St st (k on RS, p on WS) for seam stitches.
Choose the size with +7–14” of positive ease.
