These socks are designed for my dad, but inspired by Hagrid’s Cottage. My dad likes no nonsense, not too fancy socks. This pair is designed as a sock that is comfortable inside a boot, but has texture above the ankle to add warmth and body to where the sock peeks out of the boot.
I started wondering what kind of socks Hagrid wears in his tiny cottage in the dead of winter. I imagined his socks being the colours of Buckbeak, comfortable, but warm and textured.
These socks are not official Harry Potter socks, nor do they inspire to be. They are a figment of my own imagination and not a licensed product.
