Hailey The Hippo
Hailey is outgoing, fun, and gorgeous. She is also very friendly, caring, and sweet. She will lighten up your day, no matter what kind of mood you are in. If she likes you, she LOVES you. If you gett on her nerves or annoy her, she HATES you. Be careful with Hailey. She is tough, but insecure, sometimes. She is gorgeous on the inside and out. If you are blessed enough to have a Hailey in your life, never, ever, EVER, let her go.

Finished size: 10” tall and 4” wide

Skills level: Beginner level

Skills required:
Magic Ring
Chain
Single Crochet
Increase a stitch
Decrease a stitch
Double Crochet

Hook Size: 2.25mm or US B/1 and for eyes 1.50mm or US 8

Cotton Yarn: Glossy Mellow Cotton in Dark Grey (shade 400) 50g and Purple (shade 94) 50g. Yardage approx 100-110m per 50gm ball. Yarn width 0.75cm. 4ply, 100% Mercerized Cotton. Similar structure yarns to substitute should be DK to worsted weight yarns

Total yardage required for Grey is 158m (173 yards) and Purple is 69m (76yards)

Other materials: Scissors, Tapestry/Darning Needle, Stitch markers and Fibre-Fill for stuffing
