Hald
Hald draws inspiration from the beautiful floor mosaics at the Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek in the heart of Copenhagen.
The name Hald, however, refers to an area just south of Viborg—a scenic region steeped in history. The ruins of Hald Castle stand on a peninsula in Lake Hald, bringing the past to life through tales of kings, power-hungry bishops, bloodthirsty knights, and a time when a peasant’s life was worth very little.
Hald is a lightweight wool sweater featuring a button fastening at the left shoulder. Its simple, asymmetrical pattern is both modern and timeless. Knit it in classic, muted tones for an understated look, or add a vibrant touch with bold, contrasting colours.
