Easy Pumpkin Earrings Crochet Pattern Perfect Halloween & Autumn Gift
Fall is in the air, and what better way to celebrate the season than with some cute, handmade pumpkin earrings?
This pattern is great if you’re new to crochet or just looking for a quick, festive project.
With this easy pumpkin earring crochet pattern, you’ll have made adorable earrings in under an hour, that you can wear to a Halloween party, gift to a friend or just wear for fun!
Materials Needed
DK Cotton or Acrylic yarn in orange & green. I used Sheepjes (Colour Crafter Anti-Pilling)
3 mm crochet hook
Yarn needle
A tiny bit of stuffing or yarn scraps.
Amigurumi safety eyes, stick-on eyes, a couple of fiber art beads (optional)
Earring Hooks
A pair of scissors
Abbreviations Used in Pattern
ch = chain
sc = single crochet
scblo = single crochet in back loop only
st = stitch
sts = stitches
fo = fasten off

These earrings measure about 2 cm (0.7”) in diameter.
Yardage
I used about 6m of yarn for this project (6.5 yards)
Gauge
13 stitches and 11 rows = 5 cm x 5 cm (2.5”) in single crochet

Bonnet Body
DK acrylic or cotton yarn in 2 contrasting colors (Color 1 & 2).
Crochet hook: 4.5 mm

Please refer to the Horse Bonnet Sizing Chart below for desired sizing. This Horse Bonnet is for a medium-sized Cob. A = 24 cm B = 10 cm C =16 cm D = 30 cm.

Yardage
I used about 124 m for this project (135 yards)
Gauge
14 sts and 9 rows in dc = 10 cm (4″) with a 4.5 mm hook.
This horse bonnet pattern is beginner-friendly with step-by-step photo tutorials.
Chain 2 stitches (ch 2) at the beginning of Rows count as a dc st.
Slip stitches (sl st) do NOT count as stitches.
You can make the pattern larger or smaller by either: changing the yarn weight and/or hook size, adding or reducing the number of chains. Please refer to the Horse Bonnet Chart to adjust sizing.
