I have made some lovely little hanging rainbows to hang in my window along with my Rainbow Granny Bunting (also available as a free pattern).
I’d love to share the pattern for this quick and easy make and hopefully it will cheer you and any passers by up during this strange isolation period

Pattern in UK Terminology

Hook - 3.5mm

Yarn
Cotton 4 ply Weight in rainbow colours - red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet with a different colour for joining and edging (I used pink)
I used Scheepjes Catona (this yarn is gorgeous if you have never used before!)

Construction
The rainbow will be made in a circle which will be folded over and the edges crocheted together. This means it can hang in a window and have the same finished look on both sides
