Construction:
This is a bottom up doll that is knit in the round, and closed at the top. The menorah is made in either duplicate stitch or intarsia. There are instructions for both. The arms are knit flat, seamed, and sewn to the doll. The legs are defined with stitching, and the skirt is attached by picking up stitches. The hair is attached with a crochet hook, and braided. The eyes are embroidered on, then the blush is applied using some powdered blush and an application device (like a Q-tip)

US 5 circular knitting needles with a 16” cord or 4 double point needles
At least 25 yards of worsted weight yarn in 7 colors for the
