The Happiness mittens are a perfect stash buster project for those scraps and half skeins of worsted or aran weight you’re bound to have laying about!

These mittens are knit at a tight gauge, with a worsted or light aran yarn, and as a result they offer good protection against wind and rain. Adding a cute braid at the cuff helps take care of some of those ends bound to happen when using many colours.

Pattern is mainly charted, with some written clarifications. Some experience of knitting mittens is assumed.

Length is adaptable by choosing to work fewer or more repeats of main pattern. To change circumference, change yarn and/or needles.
