Happy helical socks
Helical knitting is super simple and fun to do. It’s like you’re chasing yourself around the needles, and there’s a big advantage: because you’re knitting in a spiral, there’s no jog in the colored stripes. That’s definitely something to be happy about. And even more fun: go wild with color blocking and choose bold colors that might not seem to match at first, but actually complement each other beautifully. The quirky vertical ribbed cuff and a little heart on the heel flap complete your sock-knitting happiness! You’ll find it all in this pattern booklet for the ‘Happy Helical Socks’.

The pattern is written using 4 colors and mismatched socks, but feel free to choose what makes you happy. The socks also look great in just two colors or in soft, muted tones. The booklet contains an overview of how many grams of each color you need for every version, and an example of color choices for 2 mismatched socks in 4 colors. The instructions in this pattern booklet are combined under one heading and marked with colors: (Dutch), (English), and (German). Because the instructions for knitting the heel and toe are a bit more extensive, I’ve created separate pages for each language there. It’s all very straightforward. I wish you lots of knitting fun!
