This festive crochet square features a simmering ornament motif worked in classic holiday colors with a simple border. I designed this square using Big Twist Twinkle yarn for a bit of shimmer, but you may substitute any worsted weight yarn to custom this square to your preferred pallet or to use up whatever yarn you may already have in your stash!

This pattern makes a 5.5 in. X 5.5 in square which you can use to make a blanket, pillow, tree skirt, sweater, and more! You can also make just the ornament to hand on your tree or sting several together to make a holiday garland.
